WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a Social Mammoth!
Our roster is looking to add a Social Media Manager. We’d like someone who can help connect clients accounts to our systems, keep an eye on the content schedule and consistently create and batch out monthly posts for a number of businesses on our Client List.
This content varies wildly, so it’s always a variety game. Most of them are photo posts, some are stories, others are reels. We adjust our content as the platforms evolve so this is a moving target in the wild world of marketing.
We have a number of clients who depend on us to develop and nurture their social media content. This content is written and designed around their business goals and engages their audiences in fun and interesting ways.
Ultimately, the person fulfilling this role needs to be flexible, forward thinking, creative, and software savvy. There are lots of moving pieces and communications to juggle, but that’s all part of the fun.
What We’re Looking For:
Someone who can write more funnies. Meaning humor…where appropriate.
Can operate a cell phone camera like it’s an extension of themselves.
Familiar or can learn design platforms such as Photoshop or Canva.
Familiar with current social platforms, or can learn the ropes on this list:

Enjoys running around, gathering media for content generation.
Loves problem solving and seeking solutions to technical issues.

A pinch of customer service.
What the Duties Are:
Gather media elements for Clients social content.
Connect and manage connections to Client accounts on Social and Google platforms.
Use those elements to create monthly posts in batches for our clients.
Monitor posts for comment issues that Clients need to be alerted about.
Work with Account Managers on content strategy.
Trouble shooting potential software hang-ups.
Meet deadlines regarding writing, designing and scheduling content.
Keep a pulse on current trends and watch for opportunities for clients.
